A bit about me
With almost 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles in between acting, I understand the value of putting users first. My experience in hospitality, direct sales, events and social media & website management has provided years of user-centric experience and given me invaluable knowledge of the nuances of a diverse range of users/consumers. I am a strong advocate of a truly collaborative environment and I am keenly interested in problem solving, cultivating sustainable UX solutions and improving accessibility across platforms that leave a lasting positive impact for everyone.
Outside of design… you’ll find me on my houseboat, fixing up something as there is always a job to do. Yorkshire born, and raised on the Dales, I’m happiest in nature, with good food, good company and a brew in hand.
